Gender Diversity Management (GDM)

The “Gender Diversity and Inclusion Management (GDM) for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)” training is designed to accentuate Small and Medium Enterprises’ pivotal role in economic expansion and job generation. By integrating women—representing roughly half of the population—into the economy more effectively, the training enhances SMEs’ contributions to economic activities.
